Weightlifting Practice

Weightlifting Practice

These sessions are focused on improving your technique and strength for the 2 Olympic lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk. These sessions are all taken by a coach and are perfect for beginners and experienced lifters.

Youth Weightlifting

Weightlifting Practice

For 11-16 year olds who would like to give weightlifting a try. Learn the fundamental movements of both the Olympic lifts - Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Classes are fun, interactive and encouraging. Develop strength, stamina, flexibility and endurance  as well as improving motor skills.

One to One Coaching

One to One Coaching

One to one coaching is perfect for a wide range of people. A dedicated session with our weightlifting coach will allow you to get the best possible results. It is perfect for those who are new to the gym, and want to ensure they learn the right way to use various weights and pieces of equipment. It is also great for experienced lifters who want to fine tune their technique.
