Use the contact us form to book your first class. After this class if you wish to become a member you can register on Teamup. This can be done in the "Book in" section. All membership prices are in the "Membership" section of the website.
All members are required to book onto a class, this can be done via Teamup. If you are not a member and do not have a Teamup account then please contact us before your planned visit.
The weightlifting classes are 1 hour & 30 mins. Each class will include a thorough warm up, followed by technical and strengthening exercises based around the Olympic lifts
Wear basic gym clothes that you feel comfortable to exercise in.
Just bring fluids to keep hydrated, you don't need to bring any specific equipment. However in the future as you progress with your weightlifting you may wish to buy weightlifting shoes, belts etc. Advice can be provided as to what you should buy.
We provide coaching for all ages and abilities so whether you are a complete beginner or have some previous experience, the coaches will take you through a progressive, structured session with clear demonstrations and exercises to suit your ability.
